One of my favourite tools I use to improve my clients’ health is my Sugar Detox program. This is a 2 week program that I run online. It teaches people how to eat to get rid of sugar cravings and switch on fat burning. This helps them to lose weight and have all day, vibrant energy.
Up until this point they’ve just had to remove pasta and noodles for the duration of the detox. However, now Slim Pasta is easily available in Australia my clients can continue to enjoy the pasta and noodle dishes they love while keeping their insulin response to a minimum. When we have an insulin response to high GI foods we store fat, not what most of us are looking for with our health.
The soluble fibre in Konjac, the main ingredient in Slim Pasta slows digestion and the absorption of blood sugar. This is why it aids in weight loss, lowering cholesterol levels
