Vicki Witt is a qualified and registered Clinical Nutrition. She is the Head Clinical Nutritionist and Director of Body Balancing Nutrition Pty Ltd in Perth, Western Australia. Vick has a Bachelor of Science (Nutrition and Food Science), and a Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Nutrition. She has an interest in, and has completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Herbal Medicine.
Vicki established her private practice in 1998 after having spent time in the USA researching and compiling the best of clinical nutrition to form a diet program that can be modified to suit different body types, biochemistry’s and individual lifestyles. She has 15 years of clinical experience in weight loss and allergy health.
As part of the healthy eating plan, Vicki’s team at Body Balancing Nutrition design specific programs tailored to each individual. Their high success rate can be attributed to the holistic nature of the program with particular attention to dietary control of endocrine and hormonal status as well as attending to behaviour change for permanent weight loss.
Advantages of using low carb pasta over conventional pasta
